About the Role

We are hiring Telecalling Executives who are eager to learn and grow in the field of customer communication and sales. Freshers are welcome – training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Share information about our products/services clearly.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure engagement.
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets with team support.

Requirements

  • Freshers can apply – no prior experience required.
  • Good communication skills (English / regional language).
  • Willingness to learn sales and telecalling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (training will be given if needed).
  • Motivated, positive, and target-oriented mindset.
