Role Description

We are seeking a

Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

to join our team in Kochi on a full-time basis. This on-site role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, driving software and app development projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Responsibilities include project oversight, hands-on development, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Lead and mentor a team of software developers to achieve project goals.

Oversee the development of software and web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Drive software development projects from inception to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining code quality and adhering to best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of backend frameworks like Node.js or Django; familiarity with app frameworks like Flutter or React Native; and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java.

Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Tools: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
