Role Description


We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join our team in Kochi on a full-time basis. This on-site role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, driving software and app development projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Responsibilities include project oversight, hands-on development, and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Qualifications


  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers to achieve project goals.


  • Oversee the development of software and web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.


  • Drive software development projects from inception to deployment.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.


  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining code quality and adhering to best practices.


Required Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.


  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of backend frameworks like Node.js or Django; familiarity with app frameworks like Flutter or React Native; and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java.


  • Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.


  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.


  • Tools: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
