Senior Manager Application Technology, IT Service Operation

Responsibilities:
Responsible for process management and governance of IT services in its skill areaDefinition and implementation of IT services in its skill areaManagement of overall IT budget in its skill areaStreamline IT services in its skill areaLead the IT team in its skill area and establish a high-performance IT organizationBusiness partnering for Business Process Owners/ManagersContribution to Incident Management and Problem ManagementProcess management and governance for IT Service OperationManagement of incidents, problems, access, events and request fulfillmentAccount for and streamline of operational services across business processes by driving continuous improvement (integration)Monitor external partners on operational levelResponsible for crisis copingService Level Fulfillment (operate by design)Contribute to establish a high-performance IT organization
Qualifications:
University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience>
5 years; Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business modelsFunctional knowledge:Substantial in Application systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service Management tools, Business analytics Systems)Broad in Application systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service Management tools, Business analytics Systems)Business process knowledge:Broad in Financial processes, HCM processes , Sales processes, Sourcing processes, Production processes, Logistics processes, Quality processes, PDM processes, CAX processes, EDI supported processes, IT Service Management processes for Automotive SuppliersProficientlevel of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome.
