Responsibilities
Executive
- Develop pellet formulations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and optimize ingredient selection.
- Execute lab-scale trials and assist in scale-up processes.
- Maintain detailed records and assist with regulatory documents.
- Perform quality checks and participate in stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve development issues.
Assistant Manager
- Lead and manage multiple formulation projects.
- Provide technical guidance to team members.
- Conduct complex formulation studies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop strategies for new pellet products and enhance development processes.
- Drive innovation and optimize product performance.
- Oversee regulatory document preparation.
Requirements Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Executive: 3-5 years in pellet formulation.
- Assistant Manager: 8+ years in pellet formulation with leadership experience.

Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pellet formulation principles, pre-formulation studies, and analytical techniques.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation processes.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize formulations.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pellet formulation principles, pre-formulation studies, and analytical techniques.
