Our services include talent acquisition, executive search, bulk hiring, HR outsourcing, and workforce planning. With a client-focused approach and strong industry expertise, our mission is to transform the hiring experience by delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-effective HR solutions.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder (with investment) who shares our vision to expand and scale the business to the next level.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder at Leadocc HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic vision, scaling operations, and leading business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include
:

  • Defining and executing business growth strategies

  • Driving client acquisition and building strong client partnerships

  • Overseeing recruitment operations, HR solutions delivery, and business performance

  • Managing financial planning, investment, and resource allocation

  • Leading the team, setting goals, and building a performance-driven culture

  • Identifying new markets, service opportunities, and partnerships

  • Representing the company in industry networks, forums, and client discussions

  • The role requires a significant investment commitment and offers equity/ownership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive growth

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or HR Consulting

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and manage teams

  • Prior experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, or startup ecosystems is highly advantageous

  • Ability to commit to a substantial financial investment
