We are Looking for a "Servicenow Architect and Tech lead" with 5 - 13 years of experience based out of Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune, for a global IT service provider.


Overview:


As an OSS/ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow OSS solutions to streamline and enhance network, IT and service management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Network, IT, operations, and service delivery, to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of ServiceNow technologies.



Responsibilities:


Architectural Design: Design and develop OSS/ServiceNow solutions that align with the organization's business objectives, including Order management, inventory management, workflow automation, incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog design.


Integration: Collaborate with various teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and third-party tools to ensure data flow and process synchronization.


Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet the organization's specific requirements, such as creating workflows, custom forms, business rules, automation and scripting.


Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, guiding the development and implementation teams to ensure best practices and adherence to architectural standards.


Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OSS and ServiceNow systems.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience as an architect or senior developer in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Telecom Network Inventory, CMDB, Telecom ervice management (TSM) and Telecom Service operations management (TSOM).

Strong understanding of OSS technologies, including orchestartion, integartion, APIs, network management, fault management, and performance management.

ServiceNow certifications are a plus (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.).
