Emerging Technology Group (ETG) is ServiceNow’s DT internal incubation group. Being customer zero for ServiceNow products we ensure the products works for us internally and delivers value as it gets in hands of our customers. As Customer Zero we implement all our technology workflows and deliver the best experience. With AI everywhere we are responsible for advance technology services which cuts across the enterprise like Search, Conversational Interfaces, Automation, and helping our DT developers to be productivity to build enterprise grade products on ServiceNow Platform.

As a ServiceNow Platform Expert Services Architect, you will be responsible for :

• Assess Platform Performance Metrics: Scrutinize extensive datasets to extract vital platform performance metrics, trends, and patterns within the ServiceNow instances. Utilize tools like Splunk logs, transaction logs, health scan findings, and alert data to gain insights and inform architectural decisions.
• Optimize Platform Architecture: Develop and enhance platform models to meet business objectives, ensuring they contribute to the optimization of the Now Platform for superior performance. Lead technical strategies for instance optimization, including technical debt reduction, data cleanup, and application rationalization.
• Strategic Recommendations: Generate strategic recommendations and establish best practices to streamline platform deployment. Create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, emphasizing the importance of best practices in application development and maintenance on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Adaptive Solutions: Continuously adapt models, methodologies, and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, scalability, and the overall user experience of the Now Platform.
• Technology Governance: Define and implement technology principles that underpin business decisions, leading a platform modernization and rationalization agenda. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Technology Architecture through effective governance activities.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work collaboratively with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to align strategies for instance optimization and tooling development. Participate in operating committee discussions to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Future-Proofing: Design and oversee the execution of a business-specific technology architecture that supports future state solutions and strategic initiatives. Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the environments and stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
• Innovative Culture: Foster an environment of innovation by removing barriers to strategic risk-taking and advocating for change management. Commit to the development, coaching, and performance feedback of each team member, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow module implementations and Service Portal design and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow.
• Servicenow Certified CTA.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in SOAP/REST API integrations and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations.
