This role requires expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.- Occasionally contribute as a hands-on developer when required.- Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.- Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.- Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.- Ensure coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks:- Nodejs OR MEAN- Reactjs OR MERN- Python- Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.- In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.- Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.- Backend: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js- Frontend (if applicable): React.js, Angular.js- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDBPreferred Skills: (Nice to Have):- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.- Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications.- Prior experience in performance optimization and security best practices.Why Join Us:- Young Team, Thriving Culture- Flat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture.- Well-balanced learning and growth opportunities- Free health insurance.- Office facilities with a game zone, in-office kitchen with affordable lunch service, and free snacks.- Sponsorship for certifications/events and library service.- Flexible work timing, leaves for life events, WFH and hybrid options
