Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a B2C Ecommerce IT professional. The role includes managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing online user experience, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Knnowledge of IT Hardware, computers, laptops etc. is essential for the role.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and service
- Effective Communication skills for interdepartmental coordination
- Experience in E-Commerce and Sales to drive online revenue growth
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or computer hardware industry is a plu
