Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Project Executive to join our operations team, responsible for installing home automation and smart lighting products at customer locations. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, power supplies, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Safety consciousness and efficient tool usage are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing home automation and lighting products at client premisesPromptly addressing and resolving complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting productsConducting in-depth troubleshooting of our products and modules to offer comprehensive solutionsAttending service calls and delivering effective resolutionsStructured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner

Qualifications:

Education background should include a Diploma or ITI with a focus on electrical engineeringIdeally 2 to 4 years of expertise in the installation of home automation and lighting productsProficiency in house wiring, load calculation, and proficiency in understanding AutoCADSound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systemsStrong interpersonal abilities
