Position Overview :

We are looking for a Female Senior Solution Architect with 15+ years extensive experience in designing and implementing complex solutions for our clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MICROSOFT AZURE, KUBERNETES, RDBMS, GRAPH QL, CI/CD, CODE QUALITY, SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE PATTERN.


This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.

- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Conduct assessments of existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.

- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

- Develop high-level and detailed technical design documents, including architecture diagrams, data models, and system integrations.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption to enhance client solutions.

- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or a related role.

- Proven expertise in specific technologies, platforms, or domains relevant to your company.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including cloud computing, micro-services, and API design.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.

- Experience working in (specific industries or sectors relevant to your company), such as (finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.).

- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement
