Job Description :


As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs.

Specific Skills :


Solution Design :

- Work closely with product, UX and development teams to meet business requirements.


- Take ownership and accountability to deliver end to end solution meeting both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Develop scalable and cost-effective cloud architectures, considering factors such as performance, security, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions on Azure cloud-native environment.

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into actionable technical plans.

Implementation :

- Extensive experience with Java development, including proficiency in Java EE and Spring frameworks.

- Extensive experience with React.js and building responsive web applications, micro front-end architecture.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.

- Work closely with development and operations teams to deploy and optimize cloud-based systems.

Security and Compliance :

- Design and implement security measures to safeguard cloud environments.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Documentation :

- Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and best practices.

- Train and mentor team members on Java React and Azure infrastructure technologies.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay abreast of the latest Solution Design, features, and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing architectures and processes.

Other "Nice to have" skills / experience :


- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.

Details of duties to be performed :


- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of complex software solutions leveraging Java, React.js, and the Azure platform.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Act as a technical advisor to development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing applications.


- Roll your sleeves, write code and perform system level trouble shooting when needed.

- Define architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

- Develop proof of concepts to validate new architecture.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of architectural patterns and best practices.

- Architect solutions that meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Azure services and technologies to meet project requirements, considering factors such as cost, scalability, and maintainability.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimizations to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
