It offers a Redemption Engine to consumers leveraging the group’s acquired SME-commerce capacities.

NUPI provides an all-in-one solution for Loyalty, rewards and recognition to empower brands to maximize their customer acquisition efforts and turn transactional sales into passionate brand advocates. NUPI builds omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach.

Job Description:

Manager - Sales in the Loyalty and Rewards industry is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in the success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining a deep understanding of the loyalty and rewards industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients within the loyalty and rewards industry.- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify sales opportunities.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets and revenue goals.- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities and prospects.

3. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their loyalty and rewards programs.- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.- Tailor sales pitches to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and materials.

5. Sales Team Leadership:

- If applicable, lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.- Set performance goals and regularly assess and report on team progress.

6. Market Research and Feedback:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the loyalty and rewards space.- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.

7. Reporting and Analytics:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for the executive team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).- 2- 3 years of experience in B2B sales.- Proven track record of success in sales.- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.- Leadership and team management experience (if applicable).- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
