Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, conduit laying, and termination work for solar power systems.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of inverters, panels, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues at project sites.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes during installation.
  • Support the site engineer/project manager during execution and maintenance work.

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Wireman certification
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Wireman, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Knowledge of electrical drawings, load distribution, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work on rooftops, open fields, and project sites.
  • Team player with willingness to travel to project locations.
