**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, conduit laying, and termination work for solar power systems.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of inverters, panels, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes during installation.
- Support the site engineer/project manager during execution and maintenance work.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Wireman certification
- 1-3 years of experience as a Wireman, preferably in the **solar/renewable energy sector**.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, load distribution, and safety practices.
- Ability to work on rooftops, open fields, and project sites.
- Team player with willingness to travel to project locations.
