Description : Software Development Engineer for Bigdata DeveloperPosition Overview: We are seeking a skilled BigData Developer Engineer with experience in Snowflake, Snowpark, and AWS or Azure to join our team for a critical migration project. This role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of data as we transition our applications from Hadoop/Spark to a new environment in Snowflake and AWS. Required Experience: Experience Level : 3 to 5 years of experience with Big Data Development, with minimum 1 year experience with Snowflake Development. Technical Skills :Proven experience with Snowflake, including writing and validating SQL & NO-SQL DB’s and queries.Bigdata: Experience/knowledge with Snowpark, Pyspark, ScalaSoftware Development Methodology: Agile Methodology. Prior experience with Hadoop/Spark is highly desirable to understand the transition complexities.Strong experience with AWS services related to data storage and processing.Experience with CICD tools.Experience with MYSQL and AWS DocDb and MongoDb Databases.Understanding of requirements in the format of JIRA stories. Analyze and interpret requirements, design and technical specification documents  Good to Have: Prior experience on EDA/AEDL framework will be a plus. Prior Experience on Snowflake will be a plus. Health care Experience QUALIFICATION Bachelors’ or Masters’ is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent. EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience with Big Data Development along with SNOWFLAKE experience. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Min 3 years of experience with Pyspark, Scala, Hadoop and Bigdata technologies as a developer. Experience on AWS or Azure migration of data and services. Experience with SQL Programming, Stored Procs, DocDB, MongoDB databases. Eagerness to learn new skills and being competitive.
