Capable of handling multiple projects and teams to ensure the site's progress. This role requires customer relationship management, team management, and independently handles all site-related challenges and offers the best solutions.Key responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire installation process for smart home automation and smart lighting systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regular updates on project progress.- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart home technology and automation systems, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and capable of installing and troubleshooting the latest products.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports.- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall client satisfaction.Key measures of success:- Customer relationship management- Project management- Handling a team of project In-Charges and an installation team- Responsible for the end-to-end customer journey- Offer the best solution to customers' premises to ensure the highest quality of installation- Ensure the highest quality resolutions for service and support calls- Escalation of the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to managementKey Competencies:- Communication skills- Ability and willingness to learn- Customer service- Initiative- Adaptability- Project ManagementQualifications:- At least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Assistant.
