Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Manager located in Mumbai. The Installation Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising installation teams, collaborating with clients, troubleshooting any installation challenges, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating progress to stakeholders and resolving any project-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Project management, leadership, and team management skills to successfully lead installation teams and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technical expertise in understanding installation procedures, equipment functionality, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to handle challenges, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and project stakeholders efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes is essential.
  • Previous experience in the installation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant technical field is desirable.
