The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer, merchant, and vendorrelationships while promoting our app subscription services.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, merchants, and vendors.- Promote and manage subscription plans for the company’s application.- Handle customer queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with internal teams to drive subscription growth.- Collect feedback from stakeholders and report to management for service- improvement.- Support in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase subscriptions.Skills &Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customer conflicts and provide effective resolutions.- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude.
