Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Pune. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for Internet connectivity, manage routers and modems. You will support desktop and laptops using Windows ans MacOs. Support point of sale devices. In addition you will help manage the content on varoius company web sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any subject
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
