Talent Acquisition Executive / Talent Acquisition Lead

Are you passionate about finding and nurturing top talent? We’re looking for both a Talent Acquisition Executive and a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team and drive our recruitment efforts to new heights
What You’ll Do:
For Talent Acquisition Executive:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
For Talent Acquisition Lead:
- Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent needs.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent mapping.
- Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and develop a team of recruiters, providing hands-on guidance in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to enhance talent sourcing efforts.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate slate for all positions
What Sets You Apart:
For Talent Acquisition Executive:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
For Talent Acquisition Lead:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills to drive recruitment initiatives.
- Experience in developing and executing diversity and inclusion strategies
