Position : Executive Human Resources / Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Location: Jaipur | To elevate Employee Experience and Drive HR Excellence
Join our mission to foster a thriving workplace culture We’re seeking a dynamic HR professional to take on the roles of Executive Human Resources and Assistant Manager - Human Resources, driving impactful HR operations and talent management initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
- Partner with employees to create a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Administer HR programs and processes, responding to inquiries related to policies, benefits, and performance management.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations, retention strategies, and organisational changes.
- Innovate and lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
- Identify training and development needs, facilitating programs that support employee growth.
- Track and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization.
What Sets You Apart:
- For Executive HR: 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on employee engagement and talent management.
- For Assistant Manager HR: 6–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in an MNC IT company, with a proven track record in policy creation and employee relations.
- Strong people management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
