The role involves tracking leads, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to enhance overall business efficiency and performance. This position demands a high level of transparency, accountability, and accuracy in managing data and client interactions. A skilled and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment will excel in this role. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success.Key roles and responsibilities- Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations team to ensure smooth order processing and client support.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order details.- Prepare and update sales reports, tracking team performance and targets.- Communicate professionally with clients via email and calls.- Support the business team with documentation, pricing sheets, and presentation materials.- Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities for internal updates.- Ensure prompt coordination between logistics, accounts, and business teams.- Manage and track sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and closures.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or client support (preferably in the plastics, polymers, or chemical industry).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred Attributes• Experience coordinating with international clients or handling export-related documentation.• Understanding of plastic masterbatches, additives, or recycled polymers.• Ability to collaborate effectively and ensure smooth internal communication.Contact DetailsMail: LinkedIn: Samikshya Purohit | |
