What You Will Do
Deeply Understand User Needs: Dive deep into customer and business problems to uncover pain points and opportunities across all expense management personas and product lines.
Design Innovative Solutions: Develop elegant and impactful solutions that address these pain points, prioritizing compliance, efficiency, and user experience.
Drive Strategic Vision: Think strategically about the product's long-term roadmap, identifying key milestones and aligning initiatives with company goals.
Own the Full Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of your work, from ideation and design to implementation and post-launch analysis.
Collaborate Effectively: Partner closely with talented Product Designers and Engineers to bring your vision to life.
Lead and Influence: Rally cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver a unified and exceptional expense management experience.
Set a New Benchmark: Drive innovation and continuously improve our expense solution to surpass industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: 7+ years of product management experience in a high-growth environment, ideally with a track record of building and scaling B2B financial products.
Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of expense management compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions and product lines.
Customer-Centric Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Strong Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and translate technical requirements into actionable product plans.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Comfortable using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across the organization.
Strategic Visionary: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop innovative solutions.
