Requirements:
- 5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls
- Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and apex
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new projects, changing business needs, and technologies
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Salesforce Certified (Administrator required)
- Proficient in Visio Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
- Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Experience in working with integrations team to support requirements and testing
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application
- Experience supporting CPQ or Services CPQ
- Additional Salesforce certifications
