As we scale our message, we want video to become the loudest, clearest, and most powerful format we use. That's where you come in.

As a Video Editor, you'll work closely with the founders to bring product stories, customer wins, feature launches, and behind-the-scenes chaos to life — one video at a time. Whether it's a founder-led reel, a feature demo, or a fast-paced explainer, you'll help make our stories scroll-stopping and shareable.

What You'll Own

  • Turn raw founder clips, product walkthroughs, and campaign ideas into clean, compelling edits
  • Help develop short-form video content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Repurpose long-form recordings (e.g. demo calls, webinars) into bite-sized snippets
  • Add motion graphics, captions, visual effects, and audio cues to boost clarity + engagement
  • Collaborate on launch videos, brand storytelling, and pitch content
  • Keep our edits aligned with the Parikshak tone: fast, clean, bold, real
  • Suggest new formats, trends, or styles we should explore to level up

We're Excited About You If…

  • You're fluent in the language of short-form video — cuts, pacing, mood, and meme culture
  • You've worked with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
  • You understand brand voice and can adapt editing styles accordingly
  • You're excited to work closely with a founding team, not just off brief
  • You're comfortable with rough cuts, async reviews, and iterating fast
  • Bonus: You can handle basic animation / motion graphics (for intros, overlays, etc.)
  • Bonus: You have a small portfolio or IG/YouTube channel with original edits
