GrowKaro is a fast-growing marketing company helping brands scale through innovative and impactful digital strategies. We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can craft engaging content and interactive reels that connect with audiences.

Role
As a Video Editor at GrowKaro, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, especially short-form reels and social media content. You will be working with a creative team but also expected to take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce engaging interactive reels and social media videos.
  • Use Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom effectively for editing and enhancing content.
  • Apply basic animation and 3D design techniques where required.
  • Integrate AI tools to improve workflow and elevate video quality.
  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to deliver content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Decent working knowledge of After Effects and Lightroom.
  • Basic understanding of animation and 3D design.
  • Must know how to use AI tools for video creation/editing.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
