Accountant & Investment Coordinator

Reporting To: Family Office Principal

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain day-to-day books using software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / Asset Vantage)
• Reconcile bank and investment accounts monthly
• Track and classify all income, expenses, and inter-entity transfers
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

2. Financial Coordination
• Prepare and maintain payment schedules and cash flow forecasts
• Manage vendor records and payments
• Coordinate with external CAs, tax advisors, and wealth managers
• Handle documentation for investments, compliance, and filings (not filing directly)

3. Investment Tracking & MIS
• Maintain records of all investments across entities
• Generate bi-weekly and ad-hoc MIS reports
• Assist in reviewing term sheets, valuations, and cap tables where applicable

4. Team Management
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive family and business data

Requirements
• 510 years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and reconciliation
• Familiarity with investment reporting and tools like Asset Vantage or Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, and ROC coordination (preferred)
