**Purpose & Key Objectives:**

- Support Treasury & Insurance department with reporting and administrative tasks.

- Manage department cost structures and provide finance/analytical support to functional teams.


**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with regular reporting and analysis for Treasury & Insurance teams.

- Automate monthly reporting, create dashboards, and perform ad hoc analyses.

- Prepare SOX documentation and reports during month-end closings.

- Maintain centralized database for 3rd party insurance across countries.

- Manage open intercompany invoices and facilitate settlement processes.

- Oversee the bank system, maintain compliance, and update KYC information.

- Prepare POs, assist with internal cost allocation, and support budget monitoring.

- Guide teams on company processes (payments, POs, invoices, etc.).


**Autonomy:**

- Make decisions in line with company authority and SOX controls.

- Proactively reach out to management and colleagues to resolve issues.


**Requirements:**

- Experience in financial analysis/project controlling in a global chemical manufacturing firm preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, PowerBi, and ERP systems.

- Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, analytical, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
