Business Analyst (Treasury Market domain) - GSI.

Experience : 5 to 12 years.

Location : Navi Mumbai.

Notice Period Immediate up to 30 Days.

Qualification : MBA/ MCA/ BE/ BTech or equivalent with banking industry.

Key Responsibilities : .

- Need to work as a Business Analyst (Treasury Market domain) in one or more Banking implementation projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to elicit and review business requirement and translate user requirement and analysis into technical requirements, and solutions to meet objective.

- Business requirements gathering from client's stakeholders including current state, to be state, Traceability matrix, High level business solution.

- Support roadmap, Involvement in Project planning and design stages of project deliveries.

- Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.

- Work closely with end user on their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and aligning it with business requirement.

- Participate in testing and work with Technical team to resolve bugs and re-testing for failed tests and training sessions to user's.

- Participate in other system rollout Phases Training, production Go-live verification, etc.

- Support training materials preparation and update relevant operating procedures and/or other documentation and other Project related ad-hoc duties assigned.

Mandatory skills :


- Excellent business communication skills with technical proficiency and exposure in Banking.

- Understanding of general banking and work experience in banking industry.

- Good knowledge of Treasury management processes (FO, MO, BO) and financial market software.

- Extensive Knowledge of market data feeds (Equity, Bonds, RX rates).

- Extensive Knowledge of project lifecycle (Scrum Agile, SDLC) and experience in functional and technical specification.

- Expertise in process mapping, analysis and optimization.

- Possess strong experience in Core Banking products (in one or more of the areas including Deposit, Treasury, GL, payments) and should have ability to individually work on implementation projects as a Business analyst.

- Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working/ interacting with people from different geographies is needed.

- End to end banking implementation and transformation experience preferred (not mandatory).

- ISO20022 knowledge preferred (not mandatory).

- Agile/ Scrum experience is highly preferred.
