About the Role:

Are you an experienced L3/L4 Systems Administrator with a passion for InfoScale solutions? We are looking for subject matter experts to join our team under the InfoScale Managed Service program. In this role, you'll handle end-to-end deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of InfoScale solutions. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring high availability, robust disaster recovery, and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cluster Management: Set up, configure, and manage high-availability clustered environments across physical, virtual, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Storage Management: Administer and optimize storage resources, including local, SAN, or Direct Attached media.
  • Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions, manage replication (VVR), and oversee Global Cluster environments.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide advanced support and guidance as a subject matter expert on InfoScale solutions.
  • Upgrades and Patches: Perform system upgrades and apply security patches to ensure system integrity.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system and storage-related issues, collaborating with Veritas support as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with application owners to establish optimal settings for protected workloads (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL).
  • Integration: Partner with IT teams to integrate InfoScale into broader cloud, network, and storage infrastructures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, organizational policies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an L3/L4 Systems Administrator with deep expertise in InfoScale solutions.
  • Extensive background in managing clustered environments, storage administration, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues related to system performance and storage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with application owners and cross-functional IT teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance, security standards, and best practices.
  • Availability to work US hours remotely from India.
