Responsibility as a system architect for the integration of individual modules in our overall system (ServiceNow) in alignment with lead architect
Designing the implementation of internal structures, workflows, and logic in coordination
Provide technical solution consulting for individual modules in alignment with lead architect
Manage internal and external developers as part of developments and projects
Carry out software developments and developer tests
Analyzing & solving malfunctions in 2nd level support
Carry out upgrades or changes to the productive solutions in an agile approach
Education & Work Experience
A degree in computer science or a comparable degree
10-14 years professional experience in a relevant environment
> 5 years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise/multiprovider environment, in an ideal case ITSM & Security Operations module
Very good knowledge of Java Script
Very good experience in object-oriented programming
Experience in dealing with relational databases (SQL)
Experience in Angular, C#, PowerShell is also desirable
Ideally at least ITIL Foundation Level in Service Management
Agile development methods and DevOps
Very good written and spoken English language skills
