Role Overview
As a Product Champion , you will be the face of MERIL's infection prevention products, promoting, educating, and driving the adoption of our high-quality devices. Youll work directly with key hospital stakeholders to champion the value of our products and ensure hospitals are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
Role & responsibilities
- Territory Coverage: Engage hospitals within your designated territory, promoting MERILs infection prevention products.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting to the Product Champion Manager and Regional Head.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with surgeons, OR nurses, and hospital purchase managers to gain product acceptance.
- Product Advocacy: Utilize your excellent communication skills to conduct cost audits, analyze benefits, and present persuasive product solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Profile: Dynamic, young female professional (age 21-30) with a passion for sales and career growth.
- Freshers are welcome who wants to make their career in Sales
- Education: Graduate (preferred).
- Female Candidates Only
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and one regional language; strong presentation and persuasion skills are essential.
