Job Description :


- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira

- Designing, engineering, and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.

- ServiceNow platform engineering (on premise) with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines.

- Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.

- A strong background of ServiceNow development

- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial.

- An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.

- Able to work with accurately with a strong attention to detail.

- Experience of significant on-premises Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines.

- Experience with ServiceNow table structures and data model.
