With over 35,000 social media followers and more than 10,000 runners engaged in the past year, IRC is dedicated to bringing people together through community runs, creative fitness pop-ups, and wellness programs. Operations Manager (Head of Getting Things Done) – Bengaluru

— and we're building a fitness + culture movement greater than running. We're looking for a full-time Operations Manager
to own execution and keep the flywheel spinning.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations: community runs, fitness events, wellness programs.
  • Ensure flawless execution of events, content calendars, and brand deliverables.
  • Drive accountability across the team (content, brand, event ops).
  • Build systems so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI from events & campaigns.
  • Solve blockers proactively, keeping execution smooth and on-time.
