Position: Accounts & Admin Executive
Department: Finance & Administration
Reports to: Manager
Role Overview
The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing financial operations (estimations, invoices, Zoho Books), ensuring timely client and vendor communication, and overseeing office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain estimations, invoices, and accounting records in Zoho Books.
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions.
* Handle client and vendor follow-ups with patience and professionalism.
* Support management with financial reports and updates.
* Supervise office assistant and housekeeping staff to maintain smooth office operations.
* Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure proper office management.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken & written).
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Zoho Books (or willingness to learn).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good management and organizational abilities.
* Patience and adaptability in handling clients, vendors, and team members.
* Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
