The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Following up on payment with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring correct booking of received payments.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts.
  • Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
  • Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
  • Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year.
  • Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
  • Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounts Receivable / AR or Financial Planning & Analysis role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Automotive and Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have working knowledge of MS Excel Advance, Tally and ROC Complaince
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
