JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: Managing the end-to-end life cycle of IoT software components and applications, including requirement analyzing, concept design, implementation, testing, deployment, and product life cycle support. Develop IoT software with back-end services by leveraging third-party and in-house frameworks and utilizing shared components. Sustain existing applications and provide technical support to the end users

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Thorough knowledge of coding & debugging methodology
  • Working experience on all phases in Software product life cycle
  • Extensive knowledge and work experience with micro service

architectures

  • Proficient in various SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Proficient in Git for version control and tracking changes for development
  • Proficient in common communication protocols such as HTTP and REST
  • Adept at software architecture, have in-depth knowledge on how to

structure code, data in storage, categorize files, etc.

  • Familiar and have worked on projects dealing with JSON
  • Understanding and have work experience with Docker and/or similar

technologies

  • Familiar with agile and iterative development methodology
  • Familiar with DevOps pipeline and building tools
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and implementation strategies.

Technical Requirements

Must have:

For all Backend developer roles (Java and Node/TypeScript), beyond looking for experience on the language side (TypeScript, Java)

Candidates possessing a broader range of technical skill sets (Cloud Native development which includes Azure/AWS, Docker and K8S experience

Experience with Message Brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.

Experience with Redis or similar products, Agile methodologies experience, good system design experience etc.)

Preferred:

  • Docker, Microservices, Cloud technologies, IoT, Modbus. TCP/IP, OPC

UA/DA, PI, Jira, Git
