RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with stakeholders to learn and understand a wide variety of threat model subjectsResponsible for building cyber threat models following the defined standardsResponsible for writing and maintaining the documentation relating threat models and technical architecture of analyzed systemsResponsible to execute cyber-attack simulations applying the defined methodologies and practicesAdvise and enable informed decisions using clear language, purpose, and factDeliver learning opportunities relevant to stakeholdersDefine the scope of depth of analysis for threat modellingGain a visual understanding of what you are threat modellingCreating a component diagram with a control flow graph (which shows all possible execution paths in a program)Model the attack possibilitiesIdentifying assets, security controls, trust zones, and threat agentsIdentify threats and create a traceability matrix of missing or weak security controlsRegulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct PrinciplesEffectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.Key StakeholdersSCB Cloud Security, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations Teams and VX Engineering teamCloud Security Management TeamTechnology Services Portfolio ManagerManagers in key support functions ( CIOs)Support function departments needed to execute projectsOther ResponsibilitiesEmbed Here for good and Group’s brand and values, Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)Our Ideal CandidateExperience with scripting and orchestration including TerraformExperience with Python, Go, Java, or RubyExperience working with DevOps tools, for ex. Bitbucket, Jenkins and ArtifactoryExperience in DevSecOps pipeline security tools, for ex. OPA, SentinelExperience with Public Cloud platforms, for ex. AWS, Azure or GCPExperience in API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, monetization, request and response modifications etc.Experience with Container platforms, for ex. Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, AKS or GKEExperience in Security automation using Cloud services, like AWS Lambda or Step FunctionExperience creating Splunk use cases (SIEM) and Splunk query languageCloud or Container Certifications like CKA, AWS SA, AZ-500, TF AssociateCyber Security Certification like CISSP, CCSP, CCSKCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsCommunication skills and Decision-makingRole Specific Technical CompetenciesPython, Java, Go DevelopmentAPI layerWeb Technologies (DHTML, AJAX, etc.)
