DevSecOps Manager - FinanceWe have a dynamic and exciting career opportunity and are looking for an extraordinary candidate for this role

The DevSecOps Manager is responsible for managing the E2E design, build, testing, deploying and running the platform. The main objective for the DevSecOps manager is to deliver projects/services within the committed scope, timeframe, quality, SLAs and budget for Philips.He/she also supports the realization of Philips's strategy by translating this into actionable solutions adhering to defined principles & guidelines. The DevSecOps manager works closely with the Domain lead, managers Architects, Business Process experts, Solution Architects, Platform Analyst and DevOps team to deliver the solution/ service as per the business requirement. In addition, close alignment with a variety of business & IT internal stakeholders that manage the respective business domains and application for the responsibilities for the role.Your role:Have in-depth capability in Finance & reporting domains like global taxation, (direct & indirect), management reporting, data insight & analytics and compliance. Managed business stakeholders, their expectations and budget for small to large-scale projects across finance.In this role you will be responsible for the following:Manage or handle part of the E2E design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security and Compliance checks.Participate or lead in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management.Interface with the other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demandsEnable the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and businessWorks on medium-sized programs/projects/support of medium complexity Platform or manages multiple small platformsExecutes on continuous improvement projects/initiatives to achieve operational excellence.Determines risks, defines corrective actions and tracks the progress.Continuously report out on the program and service delivery performance.Ability to deliver projects and services using Agile and DevOps.Conduct Release planning sessions/workshops for finalizing Program Increment (PI).You are a part ofYou will be part of the Finance Domain in Group Functions IT which is a high performing team of specialists that are a strategic partner of a function within Philips that drives Fiscal, Tax & Regulation throughout the organization. You're the right fit if:Bachelor’s degree or master's degree from a reputed college or UniversityTotal 15 years plus of IT experienceStrong knowledge of diverse scope of IT applications and supporting Finance reporting - SAP BPC, BPS, BI/BWKnowledge of the newest IT technology related to reporting, AI & GenAI.Good stakeholder management skills. Understand how to collaborate and communicate with (US based) stakeholders. Can do consultative sellingExperienced in data modellingGood understanding of database management7 years of experience in delivering transformation programs.Understand business trends and the direction technology must take to support the businessAbility to identify the strategic IT implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives, strategic vision business modelsAnalytical mindset and structured personExpertise in Lean Agile and DevOps practicesShould be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
