Experience: 1+ yrs Location: Orgadam, ChennaiJob Summary: The Junior Scientist will support ongoing R&D in developing surface treatments and coatings for medical devices. This includes formulation assistance, testing of coating formulation and drug-eluting coatings, and development of custom surface treatment and etching solutions. The ideal candidate with strong wet lab skills and a solid understanding of polymer chemistry, surface interactions, or pharmaceutical formulation principles.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and evaluate coating formulations under guidance.  Assist in drug-polymer compatibility and in-vitro release studies.  Support lab-scale synthesis of etching and surface treatment solutions.  Operate lab instruments.  Maintain lab notebooks and assist in writing technical reports.  Follow GLP, GMP, and safety procedures diligently.  Participate in coating trials (dip, spin, spray).  Conduct basic surface analysis and sample preparationInterested candidates can share your CV to Thanks & regards Anuradha
