As a Junior Architect , you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and execution of workspace projects. You will work closely with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop creative and functional design solutions for coworking spaces.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning:
  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing innovative workspace designs.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Conduct site analysis to assess feasibility and space utilization.
Project Execution & Coordination:
  • Support senior architects in managing design and construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Material & Vendor Coordination:
  • Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture that align with BHIVE's workspace aesthetics.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials within budget.
Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Maintain project documentation, including design drafts, progress reports, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets operational and business requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design practices.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or coworking spaces.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other architectural design tools.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to create innovative and functional designs with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project planning, timelines, and execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
