Design Creation:

- Utilize design software (e.g, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray etc.) to develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects. This may include creating architectural plans and interior layouts.

Site Visits:

- Conduct regular site visits to gather project status information, assess project requirements, and collaborate with project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors/Vendors. Gain an understanding of site conditions, constraints, and drive design process effectively.

Design Development:

- Translate project requirements and site-specific information into detailed design concepts, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve designs based on feedback and constraints.

BOQ Preparation:

- Utilize your knowledge of materials, quantities, and cost estimation to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Collaborate with the teams to ensure BOQ aligns with project specifications and budgetary constraints.

Project Documentation:

- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and design presentations. Maintain organized records of design iterations, revisions, and project-related correspondence.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into overall project plans. Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and professionally to stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.

Industry Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Continuously expand your knowledge and skill set in design software and relevant tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of design deliverables.
