Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founding Backend Engineer. The role is located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Founding Backend Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for back-end web development, implementing and maintaining software development projects, and utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques. The engineer will work closely with front-end developers and participate in programming tasks, ensuring seamless integration and operation of the overall system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and Python
  • Basic knowledge in Front-End Development
  • Strong Programming skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial or trading industry is a plus
