Founding Intern – Backend

Engagement: 3-month internship → fast-track to full-time offer

Stipend: ₹25,000 / month

Role Snapshot

Work directly with the founding team to design and build backend services that power AI-driven applications. You will be responsible for building APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure that integrate with modern AI workflows. Expect steep learning, rapid iteration, and visible impact from your work.

What You Will Tackle

  • Build and refine gRPC or REST APIs in Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Python
  • Connect backend services to LLM-based workflows and multi-agent systems
  • Design schemas and pipelines for structured data storage and retrieval
  • Containerize and deploy services using Docker and related tooling
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps workflows for backend and evaluation systems
  • Contribute to architectural design for scalable, multi-agent AI applications
  • Write clean, well-tested code and participate in technical discussions

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one backend language such as Node.js, Go, Rust, or Python
  • Experience with API development, databases, or distributed applications through projects, coursework, or internships
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and command-line workflows
  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Interest in working with LLMs and building AI-powered applications
  • Some understanding of architectural design principles for distributed or multi-agent systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have explored AI engineering concepts, container orchestration, or large-scale backend systems
