Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer located in Bengaluru with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and training staff on Salesforce usage. Collaboration with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the specified requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration
  • Skills in version control tools and CI/CD processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
