The Analyst - Workday role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform.
You are required to work in Night shifts as required by business priorities. The Night shift timings could require you to work in the EMEA, UK or US time zones and your remuneration already considers the same.

What You'll Do

Deliver high quality support for Core HCM, Recruitment, Business Process and Security configurations.

Troubleshoot Workday system issues, identify root causes, and resolve them in a timely manner.

Design and implement medium to large Workday enhancements and/or projects .

Assist in bulk data uploads via EIBs across various processes.

Document and maintain system procedures, user guides, and system updates.

Stays up to date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research and use of best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of 2+ years Workday experience with expertise in Core HCM and any other areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruitment, Absence. Ability to interpret business requirements, recommend and implement solutions.
