Head of Marketing

As the Marketing Head at Sirohi, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and communications activities at Sirohi. This role entails collaborating with our 2 person marketing team to develop brand campaign strategies, launch new collections on the website and social media while maintaining a strong digital presence online and offline.
We want to develop beautiful campaigns to showcase the stories of impact at the ground level while creating high class content to take handmade in India to the world.
The ideal candidate will be a stickler for great design, attention to detail, has design/graphic skills to create and direct beautiful campaigns.
We believe in great content, brand partnerships with like minded brands across the globe that are creative & innovative and lead to tangible outcomes in terms of sales and awareness.
We are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial, has a love for craft based design & would like to build a global brand from India for conscious buyers across the globe.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Social Media Management: Collaborate with SM manager to execute
- Develop new campaigns on Social Media to drive engagement for sustainability, utility of Sirohi products and artisan stories
- Strategise great social media campaigns showcasing our products, artisans and impact
- Ability to develop a 6 month social media strategy and calendar to plan ahead
- Strong understanding of peak festive seasons to plan product launches and campaigns to drives sales via marketing activities
Paid Promotional Activities: Collaborate with Digital Marketing Company to lead Digital Sales
- Monitor website and social media performance with ad agency to ensure visibility of our products
Email & Whatsapp Marketing: Collaborate with Content Manager to drive sales via Email Marketing
- Strategise and Design and execute weekly newsletter campaigns.
- Manage email automations for abandoned carts and order notifications.
Website Management: Collaborate with Content Manager to launch new collections on Website and launch paralelly on SM
- Ensure updation of website and banners
- Strategies categorization of product level information on website and update SKU level information
Lead Projects & Brand Partnerships:
- Support content creation for media and partnerships
- Lead large brand partnerships with brands for sales and brand awareness
- Initiate collaborations with magazines, blogs, and design houses.
- Maintain monthly performance reports for social media and website metrics.
Housekeeping Activities:
- Provide directions for product photography and collections.
- Organize and update Google Drive folders with pictures and write-ups.
- Maintain the master document for reference and organization.
Qualifications and Role Requirements
- Min 5-7 years in a role with a high performing home decor, craft based brand
- To share case studies of outcomes from previous partnerships
- Team Management and ability to work remotely
- has previous remote work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
