What you will be doing:Provides in-depth product support (L1 and L2) to FIS clients by resolving incoming enquiries.Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning of software applications and recommends corrective action.Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.What you bring:7-10 years of experience of working as functional/business/Quality analyst and/or Support engineerHands on experience of Cloud (Azure) and on premises product deployment and troubleshootingExperience into Dispute management/ Charge back, payments/ card domain - ISO8583 exp required.JIRA service desk- Devops, build deployment.Resolves customer concerns
